(1) Age 3 and above same price as adult;

Meet at 14:45 at Okura Station West Exit (Okura Fireworks Statue). Please arrive 10‑15 minutes early.
(1) Visitors suffering from the following conditions or other conditions not suitable for excessive stimulation should not join this activity: epilepsy, pregnant women;
(2) Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for;
(3) This tour is a self‑assembly and self‑dismissal tour at the fireworks festival venue. It does not include bus or other transportation. Please make your own way to the meeting point and gather on time at the designated time;
(4) The walk from Okura Station to the Okura Fireworks Festival venue takes approximately 25‑30 minutes. As there will be large crowds on the event day, the actual time required may be longer. Please wear comfortable and walking‑friendly shoes;
(5) Large crowds are expected at the fireworks festival venue on the day. Please arrive at the meeting point at the designated time and follow the instructions of the on‑site staff to ensure smooth entry and access to the designated viewing area;
(6) This tour includes official group chair seating (designated viewing area). Seats are arranged uniformly by the organiser and cannot be selected by seat, zone or location. Please take your seat according to the instructions of the on‑site staff;
(7) Please do not leave the meeting group or change the walking route during entry and on the way to the viewing area. If there are special circumstances, please contact the on‑site staff in advance;
(8) The venue is expected to be extremely crowded after the fireworks festival ends. Leaving may take a longer time. Please be patient and follow the instructions of the on‑site staff to exit in an orderly manner;
(9) This tour ends with self‑dismissal. Please arrange your own return transportation after the fireworks festival. As the surrounding roads and stations are expected to be congested, please allow ample time for your return journey;
(10) No luggage storage service is available at the venue. It is not recommended to bring suitcases or large luggage. We suggest participants travel light;
(11) The fireworks festival may be cancelled, postponed or adjusted due to weather, wind conditions or other force majeure factors. The actual event status and programme arrangements are subject to the final announcement of the organiser;
(12) If the organiser announces the cancellation decision on the day of the event, relevant notifications may be issued on the morning of the departure day. We appreciate your understanding;

Cancellation 7 days (inclusive) or more before the selected date incurs a 20% fee.
Cancellation between 1 and 6 days before the selected date incurs a 60% fee.
Cancellation between 0 and 0 days before the selected date is non-refundable, non-changeable, and no refund may be requested.

14:45 Meet at Omagari Station West Exit (Omagari Fireworks Jade Statue). It is recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes early.
16:00 Omagari Fireworks Park (Omono River Riverside), 3 hours 30 minutes. After arriving at the venue, proceed to the official group seated area. You may freely spend your time enjoying the venue atmosphere and the fireworks festival. Food and drink stalls are expected to be available inside the venue, where you can purchase local snacks and beverages.
18:00 The Omagari Fireworks Festival Autumn Chapter Fireworks Art Festival begins. Approximately 8,000 fireworks are expected to be launched.
19:30 The fireworks festival concludes. Please leave the venue as directed by the staff.
19:40 Dismissal at the venue.
