As different usage dates for the product may incur price differences, the additional charge shall be subject to the price difference shown on the booking page; if the child ticket eligibility criteria are not met, the applicable ticket type price difference must be paid.

The ticket includes 1 child ticket as a complimentary item. If not used, it shall not be used as a reason for refund.

Children under 3 years of age or under 1.0 metre in height on the day of visit; each ticket‑purchasing adult may bring only 1 child with free admission into the park (ticket‑purchasing adult refers to a purchaser aged 18 or above on the day of visit).

(1) For the same park/theatre, a purchaser may book a maximum of 3 tickets using the same valid identification document on the same usage date, and may purchase a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding child tickets). (2) For cases where one or more tickets are purchased using the same identification document for the same date and the same park/circus venue, the ID holder must personally use one of the tickets for park entry or admission, and accompanying visitors booked under the same document must also enter the park or venue with the ID holder for ticket verification at the same time. Annual pass holders who wish to enter the park with their annual pass should not use their own identification document to purchase tickets on behalf of others. (3) For cases where the ticket purchaser uses tickets for scalping or any other illegal commercial purposes, Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

(1) To enhance the visitor experience, ensure fair ticketing rights for all, and achieve safe, orderly and rapid park entry, Chimelong Resort implements a policy of scanning valid original identification documents for park entry. Visitors must bring the valid original identification document matching their order, and both the person and the document must be verified for entry. Valid identification documents include: Mainland China Residents' Second‑Generation ID Card, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Foreigners' Permanent Residence ID Card. Please ensure that the identification information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true and complete. Any failure to verify, enter the park, or any loss incurred due to inaccurate or false submitted information shall be borne by the user. Child visitors should use the identification document of an accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter the park together with that adult visitor. (2) Visitors enjoying ticket discounts who need to be verified based on age at entry are required to present the following valid original identification documents for age verification against the applicable age criteria of the ticket. Mainland China visitors must present the "Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macau must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or the "Residence Permit of the People's Republic of China for Hong Kong and Macau Residents"; visitors from Taiwan must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "Residence Permit of the People's Republic of China for Taiwan Residents"; and visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding criteria, you will be required to pay the applicable ticket price difference. (3) If visitors are unable to verify their tickets on the day of visit due to a forgotten, lost, damaged or other situation involving their identification document, they should present other documents with photo and ID number as filled in during booking, such as temporary ID card, driving licence, social security card, etc., for person‑document verification and ticket collection at the relevant park or circus ticket office.
