(1) Booking arrangement: Please provide your preferred booking time at checkout. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the booking details. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact customer service;

(2) Arrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to ensure your experience starts on time;

(3) Same‑day changes: Refunds or changes are not permitted on the day of the booking;

(4) Late arrival: If you arrive late without prior notice, your booking duration will be shortened. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled. Latecomers and no‑shows are not eligible for a refund;

(5) Hairstyle reference: You can show the hairstylist photos of the hairstyle you want as a reference;

(6) Hair condition assessment: The hairstylist will assess your hair condition to determine whether hair coloring or perming can be performed. If your hair is severely damaged, the hairstylist will provide appropriate advice. If your hair cannot be processed, please contact the phone number at the bottom of the voucher to apply for a refund, which will be processed within 5‑7 working days;

(7) Product policy: Please do not bring personal hair coloring, perming, or treatment products to the salon. Bringing your own products is not permitted, and no service will be provided if you bring them;
