If your hair has been dyed black or you have a history of skin allergies, you will not be able to experience this service.

(1) Appointment Arrangement: Please provide your preferred appointment time at checkout. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the appointment details. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact customer service;

(2) Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your experience starts on time;

(3) Same‑Day Changes: No refunds or changes are allowed on the day of the appointment;

(4) Lateness: If you arrive late without prior notice, your appointment duration will be shortened. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Latecomers and no‑shows are not eligible for a refund;

(5) Hairstyle Reference: You may show the hairstylist photos of the hairstyle you want as a reference;

(6) Hair Quality Assessment: The hairstylist will assess the condition of your hair to determine if dyeing or perming is possible. If your hair is severely damaged, the hairstylist will provide suitable recommendations. If your hair cannot be processed, please contact the phone number at the bottom of the voucher to apply for a refund. The refund will be processed within 5‑7 working days;

(7) Product Policy: Please do not bring personal hair dyeing, perming, or treatment products to the salon. The use of your own products is not permitted. If you bring them, no service will be provided;
