After purchasing online, an SMS will be received. Online reservation must be made via the URL provided in the SMS. (1) This product must be reserved before 23:55 on 29 September. Late reservations are not guaranteed to be successful. (2) Same‑day reservations are not accepted. After placing a reservation, you must wait for the merchant to confirm whether the booking is successful. (3) This ticket type can only be reserved for off‑peak dates of the ski resort. (4) Real‑name reservation is required. Each reservation must correspond to one certificate per person, matching the visitor's identity.

The timing for Guangzhou Sunae Wonderland starts from the moment you tap your card at the entrance gate and ends when you exit the gate. If the duration is less than the ticket type allows, no refund or compensation will be given. If the duration exceeds the ticket type, it will be considered overtime. For overtime, please pay the difference at the ticket office at the published rate. Overtime fee reference: Off‑peak: RMB¥40/30 minutes; Shoulder season: RMB¥50/30 minutes; Peak: RMB¥60/30 minutes. No fee is required for overtime within 30 minutes. Beyond 30 minutes, an overtime fee is charged for every additional half hour, with any period less than half an hour counted as half an hour.

Please refer to the on‑site notice as the final authority. (2) Ski suits, snow boots, lockers (including wristband), helmets and ski passes are provided free of charge without deposit. If damaged or lost, compensation shall be made at the published rates of the ski resort. (3) After entering the ski resort, please keep the ski pass with you at all times. Equipment can only be collected and returned with the ski pass. The ski pass must be returned upon exiting the ski resort.

(1) On the day of your visit, you must bring the valid identification document of the visitor. After collecting the ski pass, if the identity document presented on the day of visit does not match the information on the ticket purchased, it will be deemed as voluntarily giving up the right to use the ticket. You will not be able to enter the ski resort and the ticket will not be refunded or changed. (2) Please keep the ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in the inability to enter the ski resort normally, and a new ticket must be purchased. After collecting the ski pass, please keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the ski resort or enjoy the activities normally due to loss or damage of the ski pass, a new ticket must be purchased. During the visit, please keep the ski pass with you at all times and present it for inspection when requested by staff. (3) Snow play tickets are limited to the snow play area only. Do not bring ski equipment into the area. If found, staff have the right to refuse the entry of ski equipment into the ski resort. Do not wear ski boots in the snow play area. (4) Ski tickets allow you to choose either snowboard or ski equipment upon presentation of the ski pass.

(1) Skiing is a high‑risk sport. Some activities in the resort are thrilling and exciting. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any condition that a doctor has advised against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or your behaviour is affected by medication, please carefully consider whether to participate based on your own physical condition. (2) Minors must be accompanied by adults when participating in activities. Elderly people are not recommended to participate in thrilling ice and snow activities. (3) Please use the on‑site recreational facilities and equipment properly and follow the arrangements of on‑site staff. Please always pay attention to safety during the activities (avoid collisions, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.). Do not linger in the stopping or buffer zones of activity facilities. (4) To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviours: using the product beyond the scope of rights (including areas, activities, etc.); conducting ski lessons that have not been reported or approved by the ski resort; commercial filming; online live streaming; personal vending; obtaining or purchasing goods/services for the purpose of resale or any other improper use; permitting others to use your product rights through transfer, resale or lending; engaging in any dangerous, illegal or aggressive behaviour; engaging in behaviour that seriously affects the normal operation order of the ski resort or seriously endangers the personal and property safety of others; or any other improper behaviour. In the above circumstances, the ski resort has the right to take any or all of the following measures at any time without bearing any liability such as compensation: placing you on the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Sunae Wonderland blacklist (you will be barred from entering Guangzhou Sunae Wonderland), the Sunae Wonderland brand blacklist (you will be barred from entering Sunae Wonderland ski resorts and other partner‑operated ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist; revoking, voiding or freezing your products and rights, and the relevant unused remaining period/fees will not be extended, deferred or refunded; charging a penalty fee of 30% of the order amount, and if the penalty fee is insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation will be pursued. (5) Smoking is prohibited inside the ski resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes or other products that produce smoke). To maintain a pleasant environment, please do not smoke inside the ski resort. Otherwise, the ski resort will place you on the visitor blacklist and you will be banned from entering the resort for 15 days. (6) Please cooperate with security checks before entering. Do not bring flammable or explosive dangerous goods, state‑controlled weapons, or items with safety hazards. Personal vending by visitors is prohibited inside the ski resort. Do not bring excessive quantities of items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water and other food items (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues. Please finish them before entering. (7) If any abnormality or malfunction occurs in the facilities and equipment during operation, they may need to be shut down for inspection. Some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, tickets will not be extended or refunded. (8) Due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety or order considerations, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of activities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcements of the ski resort on the day of your visit. (9) If you experience any discomfort or emergency during the activities, please promptly seek help from on‑site staff or call the rescue hotline. (10) Please pay attention to and comply with all contents of this "Ski Resort Notice", the on‑site published activity instructions, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, loudspeaker announcements and other safety reminders. Upon entering, you are deemed to have accepted the above contents. You shall be responsible for any injury caused to yourself or others due to your own actions. (11) The "ski resort" mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the Guangzhou Sunae Wonderland indoor ski resort operated by "Guangzhou Rongxuan Culture and Tourism Management Co., Ltd.".

This product supports refund at any time if not reserved. Once a reservation is successfully made, no refund is available. If a cancellation request is made 1 day or more before the travel date, no handling fee will be charged. If tickets are not collected on the travel date, a handling fee of 20% of the payment amount will be charged for cancellation. All tickets are non‑refundable once collected, used or expired; partial refunds on orders are not accepted.
