(1) All‑inclusive price: includes Udo Island ferry tickets and full‑journey vehicle (including Udo Island) with driver‑guide fee; if the ferry to Udo Island is not operating, it will be changed to Light Bunker or Aquarium (choose 1 of 2) + Dog Coffee and London Bagel;

(2) Vehicle guarantee: legal yellow‑plate vehicles used, one person per seat;

(3) Service upgrade: one free bottled water per person, power banks available in the vehicle, rain gear available at any time;

Does not include optional self‑paid expenses not participated by all travellers (such as Udo Island speedboat, etc.) and lunch;

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak admission is free; climbing is prohibited on the first Monday of every month, please be advised;

Woljeongri and Seopjikoji are free;

When the ferry to Udo Island is not operating, the Udo Island itinerary will be changed to Light Bunker or Aquarium (choose 1 of 2) + Dog Coffee and London Bagel, adjustment rules are as follows:

　　(1) Choose Light Bunker + Dog Coffee and London Bagel, no price difference required; purchasing tickets online by yourself requires an additional transfer fee of 50 yuan/person;

　　(2) Choose Aquarium + Coffee and London Bagel, an Aquarium ticket price difference of 50 yuan/person is required, collected by the driver‑guide;

The above itinerary schedule may be adjusted accordingly due to weather, road conditions, etc., we appreciate your understanding;

(1) After successful booking, important information such as vehicle usage date, time, vehicle model, and driver‑guide contact details will be sent to the buyer via WeChat, SMS, and other contact methods, please ensure a valid contact method is provided;

(2) For travellers staying at hotels or guesthouses in central Jeju City, door‑to‑door pickup is available for 2 or more persons; single travellers should wait at the entrance of Shilla Duty Free Shop;

(3) This itinerary arranges vehicles based on the number of people booked. After confirmation, due to force majeure reasons (such as wind, rain, snow, etc.), changes to the itinerary date requested by guests will not be accepted provided normal travel is not affected; self‑initiated date changes are considered automatic forfeiture with no refund, please understand and cooperate;

(4) Please confirm contact with the driver‑guide one day before departure to obtain information such as meeting time, meeting landmark, and vehicle plate number; on the day of departure, please wait at the designated location on time as notified by the driver‑guide, latecomers will not be waited for, no refund will be given;

(5) Whether the Udo Island ferry is operating can only be confirmed on‑site, advance notice is not possible;

(6) On the day of departure, if due to force majeure reasons (such as wind, rain, etc.), provided normal travel is not affected, self‑initiated postponement by guests will not be accepted, no refund will be given, please understand and cooperate;

(7) Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all the above terms;

Purchase must be completed by 00:59 (local time) 0 days before the tour date;

The service personnel will contact you no later than 22:00 (local time) 1 day before departure;

On the day of departure, please gather at the designated location with the reserved contact person's mobile number/reserved traveller's name/electronic confirmation voucher;
