Vehicle fare, driver, English‑speaking staff

(1) Children under 3 years old can enter for free but cannot occupy a seat. Please indicate the number of children in the "Requests and Remarks" field when booking, and bring a valid ID on the day of entry;

(2) If you wish to bring your own pram or wheelchair, please specify the dimensions in the "Requests and Remarks" field when booking. Please note that if you do not specify the dimensions, on‑site staff reserve the right to reject your request;

(3) This product is only valid on the selected date. Changing to the return coach on a different date is not permitted;

(1) Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, latecomers will not be waited for;

(2) One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, which includes a link to the shuttle bus information. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotional mail folder;

(3) The actual itinerary is subject to weather and traffic conditions;

(4) Please present the e‑voucher for this activity when boarding the shuttle bus;

(5) Please note that apart from prams and wheelchairs, passengers are not allowed to bring oversized luggage. Please specify when booking whether you need to bring such items;
