(1) This package is based on two (2 adults) sharing one room. Child (2‑9 years old) fare is charged as no‑bed rate. If a child requires half a bed, the adult tour fare will be charged;

(2) Two people must check in together for one room. If only one person turns up after booking, the single room supplement must be paid on‑site;

(3) Service fee includes local tour guide, coach driver and travel agency staff. It will be collected from tour members before the tour ends;

(4) Please provide your Home Return Permit information in the special requirements remarks: number, issue date, expiry date, nationality, etc.;

(5) Bed type cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the hotel's actual arrangement;

(6) The above tour fare does not include the service fee of HK$90/person/day (total HK$180/person for 2 days). Guests must pay the guide on‑site according to the number of people booked;

(7) KKday promotion: HK$398 for two persons, average HK$199/person (each booking requires 2 persons);

(8) Please provide each traveller's Chinese name and Home Return Permit information in the remarks when booking;

(9) Please gather on time. Latecomers will not be waited for;

(10) No Hong Kong tour leader will accompany the tour. A text message or personal notification will be sent before 5pm one working day prior to departure, providing the gathering time, location, and contact details of the local guide or relevant personnel;

(11) This tour group is based on two persons (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) sharing one room. Child (2‑9 years old) fare is charged as no‑bed rate. If a child requires half a bed, the adult tour fare will be charged. Any odd‑numbered combination or single traveller must pay a single room supplement;

(12) Two people must check in together for one room, otherwise bed arrangement cannot be guaranteed. If only one person turns up after booking, the room supplement must be paid;

(13) Travel agency service fee HKD 90/person/day, including local tour guide, coach driver and travel agency staff. It will be collected individually from tour members before the tour ends;

(14) Guests joining our company's tours must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own;

(15) In accordance with national environmental protection policies, hotels have abolished complimentary disposable amenities in rooms. Guests are advised to bring their own;

(16) The sequence of itinerary, meals and accommodation is subject to the arrangement of the local host. No prior notice will be given for any changes;

(17) For details of charges, please refer to the itinerary leaflet or enquire with our staff. Any adjustments will be based on the terms at the time of booking;

(18) Some facilities and activities in scenic areas and hotels may be suspended due to weather or other factors without prior notice;

(19) For tours departing on public holidays, the gathering time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our agency will notify guests by phone one day before departure to confirm the actual gathering time;

(20) Domestic tour coach will be used;

(21) Seating on the domestic tour coach will be arranged in order of booking;

(22) Photos are for reference only;

(23) If you purchase travel insurance on your own and require the company to issue an insurance confirmation letter, a handling fee of HK$150 per letter will be charged;
