Attraction Usage Instructions
(1) The circus ticket is a fixed included item; please select the show time upon arrival at the store. Performances are cancelled on Tuesdays (excluding summer holidays and public holidays). Additional shows will be announced separately; please refer to the hotel front desk for details!
(2) Choose 1 out of 4: Animal World, Ice & Snow Town, Taihu Performing Arts City, or Water Splash World — select upon arrival at the store.
(3) For ticket products, if an attraction is not open, only the remaining operating attractions can be selected; no refund of the price difference will be provided.
Free Entry & Discount Rules
(1) Longemont Animal World, Ice & Snow Town, Taihu Performing Arts City, Water Splash World: Children under 1.2m (excluding) in height are admitted free of charge.
(2) Circus: Children under 1m (excluding) in height who do not occupy a seat are free of charge
Check-in & Ticket Collection Notes
(1) For the theme park tickets included in the package, please collect them at the front desk upon check‑in and present your physical ID card. The system will automatically link the tickets to your ID. Incorrect information, non‑holder ID, or ID/ticket holder mismatch may affect usage.
(2) Children (excluding infants carried in arms) must present valid documents such as a physical ID card or household register for check‑in.
(3) All guests must present their own ID card at check‑in for front desk registration.
Usage Notes
(1) Except during the redemption process, do not disclose the QR code or voucher code to the merchant or others to avoid fraud.
(2) For eligible stores, please refer to the package details; for the validity period, please refer to the validity dates.
(3) Each package must be used in full at one time; split usage is not supported.
