A: We are currently unable to make any guarantees, as it will likely depend on the number of participants and the itinerary on the day of participation. Once you have completed your booking, the local operator will contact you after your reservation is confirmed. Please check your booking confirmation email (voucher).

Q: Can I join the cruise tour on my own?

A: Yes, you can make a booking, but since the minimum group size is two people, if there are no other travelling companions on the booked date, we will notify you to reschedule or cancel your reservation. (* In principle, we will reply to you at least 2 days before the participation date).

Q: What kind of clothing should I wear for the tour?

A: Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes that allow easy movement. If you wish to participate in the kayaking experience during the tour, please bring your swimsuit, towel, and sandals. *We will guide you to the changing area. *Your trousers may get wet during the kayaking experience.

A: The kayaking experience takes place near Luong Cave (Hang Luon).

Q: What are the precautions for sea kayaking or rowing sightseeing?

A: Both the sea kayaking and rowing boat experiences are free of charge.

1. A rowing boat can accommodate 4 people, and your trousers will not get wet. For travellers who are not keen on physical activities or prefer a leisurely trip, we recommend taking a bamboo boat rowed by a local boatman.

2. Kayaking requires you to paddle on your own; if you are not physically fit, it may be a bit challenging. One kayak is for two people to paddle, and your trousers can easily get wet, so we suggest bringing extra change of clothes. During the kayaking experience, you can leave your luggage and items such as your phone or camera on the cruise, and the cruise staff will take care of them for you. However, you are still required to carry your wallet with you. When kayaking, you may take off your shoes and join barefoot.
