(5) The 2‑day ski (alpine) package requires a minimum of 2 persons (inclusive) to register; solo registrations are not accepted;

(6) This activity requires a minimum of 8 participants to form a group. If the minimum number is not reached, the tour will be rescheduled or fully refunded. You will be notified via email or messaging app 1 day before departure;

(1) All ski (alpine) tours include basic ski lesson instruction. If you do not participate in the lesson, it will be considered as forfeited, and no compensation or refund will be granted on this basis;

(2) Ski (alpine) / snowboarding groups and the two‑day tour may share transportation;

(3) The smallest size of children's ski (alpine) equipment is 15cm (measured by sole length), and the largest adult size is 30cm (measured by sole length). If a child or adult cannot join the ski (alpine) activity due to equipment size mismatch, no compensation or refund will be provided. Please take note when booking;

(4) Ski (alpine) equipment must be worn when entering the ski resort. Customers not participating in skiing will not be allowed entry into the resort without equipment;

(5) Ski instructors can teach up to 15‑17 students at a time;

(6) Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure. The tour departs on time; latecomers or no‑shows will not be refunded;

(7) The itinerary order may be adjusted depending on local weather and traffic conditions;

(8) Transport arrangements will be based on the final group size. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking;

(9) Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip and store them safely. Any loss, theft, or damage is at your own responsibility;

(10) Please provide your messaging app ID (LINE / KakaoTalk / WhatsApp / WeChat / Viber) or contact number when booking, and ensure the contact details are correct;

(11) It is recommended to purchase accident and/or travel insurance before the trip (not mandatory);

(12) The itinerary is for reference only; the guided tour schedule is subject to on‑site conditions on the day;

(13) This package does not include breakfast. If you wish to purchase breakfast, please buy it directly from the hotel;

(14) The room in this package accommodates up to 2‑4 persons. If the number of guests booked exceeds 4, a second room will be arranged;

(15) Room type is subject to hotel arrangement and cannot be specified;

(17) If the hotel is fully booked or room availability is insufficient during peak ski season, the company reserves the right to replace or adjust the hotel, and will arrange an alternative hotel of equivalent standard with shuttle service to the ski resort the next day. No compensation or refund will be provided;

(18) The start and end dates of this product may be adjusted according to the ski resort's opening hours and ski season;

(19) Personal toiletries are not provided in resort rooms. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton swabs, and comb. A hairdryer, small towel, soap, body wash, and shampoo are available in the room. Please bring any other personal items you may need;

(20) Child safety seats are not provided;
