(1) The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Mandarin‑speaking tour guide and their tips, all admission tickets on the itinerary, and round‑trip transportation costs;

(2) The tour departs with 1 or more participants, with a maximum of 44 participants per tour;

(3) Charging criteria: Children aged 3 or above are charged at the adult rate; children under 3 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group can only have 1 free quota);

(4) Itinerary stops may be adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day;

(5) The tour will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather;

(6) The venue may be under maintenance or closed depending on the conditions of the day, and the decision rests with the organiser. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for compensation in such circumstances;

(7) The blooming of maple leaves is subject to weather conditions. If the blooming is not ideal on the departure day, the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for compensation;

(8) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. When considering whether to participate in any activities included in the tour package or offered during the trip, guests must assess their own suitability based on their health conditions and abilities. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or physical injury or casualty caused by unpredictable factors, the Company's staff and relevant personnel shall only be obliged to provide full rescue assistance, and the Company and its members shall not bear any liability for the injured or deceased parties;

(9) The tour fee already includes admission tickets to all scenic spots. For any facilities or experiences within the parks that require separate charges, guests may purchase tickets on their own;

(10) Each customer joining the one‑day tour will be given one bottle of drinking water;

(11) If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or inaccessible due to other factors on the day, an alternative lunch will be arranged;

(12) A fluent Mandarin‑speaking tour guide will accompany the tour. If the scheduled meeting time of the itinerary is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line or other messaging platforms. Please stay tuned!

(13) Due to the limited quantity and variety of the complimentary breakfast and beverages, guests are unable to make selections on‑site. Please understand if we cannot cater to all customers' needs. If you have special requirements, such as vegetarian meals or food allergies, please prepare your own as we are unable to accommodate each request!

(14) Complimentary breakfast or beverages are not applicable to free‑of‑charge children who do not occupy a seat. For details, please contact our Customer Service Department;

(15) If any companion is a child under 36 months who does not occupy a seat, the child's passport must be carried and presented to the venue staff for age verification when necessary;

(16) A special arrangement is made to present each guest with a carefully selected breakfast bread/cake (quantity and variety are limited and cannot be chosen — we appreciate your understanding);
