(1) Tour fee already includes local driver, fluent Chinese‑speaking guide and their tips, all admission tickets on the itinerary, and round‑trip transportation costs;

(2) Tours operate with 1 or more participants, with a maximum of 44 participants per tour;

(3) Pricing criteria: Ages 3 or above are charged at the adult rate; children under 3 occupying no seat are free of charge. (Limited to 1 free quota per departure group);

(4) Itinerary attractions are subject to adjustment based on traffic conditions on the day;

(5) Tours will depart as scheduled in the event of rain;

(6) Venues may be under maintenance or closed due to conditions on the day, with the final decision resting with the organizer. In such cases, the company shall bear no responsibility or compensation;

(7) Maple foliage blooming conditions are affected by weather. If blooming conditions are less than ideal on the day of departure, the company shall bear no responsibility or compensation;

(8) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential hazards. When considering participation in any activities included in or provided during the tour, guests must assess their suitability based on their own health and capabilities. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or bodily harm and casualties caused by unpredictable factors, the company's staff and related personnel shall only bear the obligation of full rescue efforts, and the company and its members shall not bear any liability for damage, injury, or death to victims;

(9) Tour fees already include admission tickets to various attractions. Guests may purchase tickets at their own expense for facilities or experiences requiring additional fees within the park;

(10) Each customer joining a 1‑day tour will be provided with a bottle of drinking water;

(11) If a restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or otherwise inaccessible on the day, an alternative lunch arrangement will be made;

(12) A fluent Chinese‑speaking tour guide will accompany the tour. If the meeting time booked for the itinerary is changed, you will be contacted via communication methods such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or Line. Please pay attention!

(13) Due to limited quantities and styles of complimentary breakfast and drinks, guests cannot choose on‑site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special requirements, such as vegetarian diets or food allergies, please prepare your own as we cannot accommodate every request individually!

(14) Children under the free tour fee policy occupying no seat are not eligible for this offer. Please contact customer service for details;

(15) If travelling companions include children under 36 months occupying no seat, they must bring the child's passport and present it to venue staff to verify age when necessary;

(16) Specially arranged complimentary selected thoughtful breakfast bread/cake for each guest (limited breakfast quantity and styles, no selection available, your understanding is appreciated);
