Our prices are dynamically adjusted based on cabin availability and demand to ensure you get the best experience. In rare cases, if the price at the time of booking is lower than the price on the day of your event, a small surcharge may be required.

(1) All passengers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of boarding;

(2) Cabins will be assigned automatically based on availability; side‑by‑side or accessible cabin options are not available;

Passengers of all nationalities are advised to contact the embassy (consular services) of their respective country onboard the cruise ship to learn about the specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees applicable to their nationality, and may then contact a company that assists with visa applications.

Passengers are solely responsible for their visa matters. Failure to meet visa requirements may result in denial of boarding.

(1) Please read and confirm the Guest Health, Safety and Conduct Policy and Health Acknowledgement carefully before booking a cruise;

(2) With few exceptions, testing is not required before departure. Currently, testing is only required for the following sailings: cruises departing from the United States and the Caribbean region with stops in Colombia, transatlantic and transpacific sailings, cruises from Hawaii to Vancouver, and cruises departing from Australia. (3) Smoking is only permitted in designated open deck areas and on cabin/suite balconies;

(4) Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages, enter the casino, or play any money‑based gaming;

(5) The onboard spending account (also known as the SeaPass onboard account) is a cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. The SeaPass card will be issued at the terminal or placed in your cabin, depending on the cruise ship you are sailing on;

Please contact us at least 90 days before departure to request halal meat (non‑halal meal sets are not applicable). Halal meat is served in the main dining room.

For any cruise with 3 or more consecutive days at sea, infants must be at least 12 months old on the first day of the voyage.

(1) Royal Caribbean International does not accept passengers who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the voyage;

(2) A doctor's certificate of "fit to travel" is no longer required before departure. This certificate must state the number of weeks of pregnancy at the start of the voyage and confirm that you are in good health and not in a high‑risk pregnancy condition;

(1) Please be sure to complete online check‑in using the Royal Caribbean app (iPhone or Android) before boarding, at least 14 days in advance;

(2) Before guests complete check‑in at Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, porters will be available to handle luggage transfer;

(3) It is recommended to begin check‑in from the boarding time indicated on your cruise documents. Guests must arrive at Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal no later than 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure time to complete the procedures;

　　(1) From Shanghai Pudong International Airport, proceed along Huazhou Road, turn right onto the A20 highway, continue straight through the Outer Ring Tunnel, then turn right onto Tongji Road, then turn right again onto Baoyang Road, and continue to the end to reach Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal;

　　(2) From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport Terminal 2, exit the airport and turn right onto the G50 highway, continue straight to Yan'an Elevated Road, then merge onto the Inner Ring Elevated Road, follow the Inner Ring Elevated Road and turn right onto Yixian Elevated Road, continue along Yixian Elevated Road, then turn right onto Baoyang Road, and continue to the end to reach Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal;
