Ticket prices are the same for adults and children.
If you arrive late and miss your scheduled tour, your booking may be cancelled and treated as a no‑show, with no refund issued.
For ease of movement, we recommend wearing your swimsuit underneath your clothes.
For safety and comfort, one paddleboard is typically provided per person.
For guests travelling with children or those requiring additional assistance, we will arrange tandem paddleboards to provide better support and safety.
(1) In the event of delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, resulting in the cancellation of certain tour stops, please contact our customer service proactively, and we will arrange a partial refund for you;
(2) In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 4 days prior to departure (at 05:00 local time), and you will be notified by email thereafter;
(3) Visitors suffering from the following conditions or other ailments that may be aggravated by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy;
(4) Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance to avoid delaying subsequent activities; latecomers will not be accommodated;
