(1) Ong Lang area: VND 100,000/person, covering hotels such as The Shell, Ocean Bay, Camia, Chen Sea and Mango Bay;

(2) Cua Can and Vung Bau area: VND 200,000/person, covering hotels such as Movenpick, Fusion, Nam Nghi and Green Bay;

(3) Bai Dai and Ganh Dau area: VND 400,000/person, covering hotels such as Vinpearl, VinHolidays and Radisson Blu;

(4) Hon Thom and Ham Ninh area: VND 100,000/person, covering hotels such as Rocks Beach Boutique, Voyage Phu Quoc Beach and Dugong Cottage;

(1) Children under 1 metre in height are considered infants: free of charge;

(2) Children from 1 metre to below 1.4 metres in height are considered children: charged at 70% of the adult price;

(3) Persons over 1.4 metres in height are considered adults: charged at the adult price;

(4) Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent during the tour;

(1) Minimum group size is 1 person. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notification email will be sent 1 day before the departure date;

(2) Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance. Latecomers will not be waited for in order to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary;

(3) If you have any special dietary requirements, please indicate them in the remarks and requirements when booking so that we can serve you better;

(4) The itinerary is subject to adjustment based on actual conditions;

(5) In the event of force majeure (terrorism, war, natural disasters, severe weather, etc.) or due to reasons such as vessel, speedboat, car or road restrictions, strikes, flight delays or cancellations, the itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled;

(6) Unused services will be fully refunded without any additional compensation;

(7) The tour itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions, but the number of sightseeing spots visited will be maintained;

(8) Customers purchasing travel insurance are required to provide their full name, ID card number and date of birth proactively;

(9) Any unused services during the tour are non‑refundable;

(10) If you are a vegetarian, please inform us when making your booking;

(11) The Red River Tour does not provide any medical supplies to travellers. Please bring your own personal care items such as medication or sunscreen;

(12) Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent during the tour;
