Shared tour cancellation policy:

(1)Cancellation at least 1 day in advance: no cancellation fee;

(2)Cancellation on the day of the tour: a penalty of 100% of the booking value will be charged;

Force majeure:

(1)Red River Tours reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics and wars;

(2)Red River Tours will only refund the paid tour tickets and additional service fees; the remaining fees are non‑refundable;

(1)The minimum group size is 2 persons. If the number of participants does not meet the group requirement, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 1 day before the departure date;

(2)If some attractions are cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service to process a partial refund;

(3)If the weather is poor due to typhoons, blizzards, etc., the decision on whether to cancel the departure will be made at 00:00 local time 1 day before departure, and you will be notified by email;
