(1) The minimum group size is 25 persons. If the number of participants does not meet the above minimum group size requirement, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent 3 days before the departure date;

(2) Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for;

(1) This KPOP‑themed shuttle tour departs from Seoul and includes a stop at a tourist attraction in Incheon;

(2) Pick‑up and drop‑off times are strictly adhered to (departing on time). Pick‑up times will be notified separately based on your purchase and the concert schedule. All arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic conditions;

(3) The bus will depart 40 minutes after the concert ends. As there will be heavy crowds and dim lighting after the concert, please be sure to confirm the meeting point before the concert starts;

(4) Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our itineraries;

(5) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and dangers. Please assess your own health condition and abilities;

(6) Our company is not responsible for any physical injury or casualty caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors;

(1) Arrival time may vary depending on when the concert ends and traffic conditions. Please allow sufficient time when booking your flight;

(2) No compensation will be provided for losses caused by late arrival at the airport. It is recommended to book a flight departing after 3:00 AM the next day;

(3) This item is only applicable to Incheon Airport itineraries;

(1) You may bring luggage that does not exceed the foot space of the bus seat. The luggage size must be smaller than Size S;

(2) Advance luggage check‑in is not accepted;

(3) There is no toilet on the bus and no USB charging ports. Please bring your own power bank;

(4) We will send detailed instructions by email 3 days before the scheduled service date. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received the email by the day before the scheduled service date, please contact us via message;

(5) After the concert ends, you will walk a few minutes from the meeting point to the bus stop accompanied by our staff;
