(1) All package tickets are same price for all ages, buy and use immediately, no reservation required; (2) Elderly aged 65 or above, children under 3: not allowed to participate in water activities; children aged 3‑12 must be accompanied by a guardian after purchasing tickets; (3) Minors who have not obtained guardian assessment consent or accompaniment: not allowed to participate in water activities; (4) Pregnant women and patients with sudden‑onset diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular conditions: not allowed to participate in water activities; (5) Persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated, with mobility impairment, or otherwise unsuitable for outdoor activities: not allowed to participate in water activities; (6) Persons not wearing life jackets are prohibited from approaching the water area; (7) Life jackets must not be removed at any time during the activity; (8) Horseplay and standing are prohibited on vessels and equipment; (9) Dangerous behaviours such as boarding or disembarking vessels without authorisation, or switching vessels in the water, are prohibited; (10) It is prohibited to bring valuable items (including but not limited to mobile phones, cameras, watches, jewellery, glasses, etc.) to water activities, as they cannot be recovered if dropped into the water.
