Purchase Notes

(1) This product is made‑to‑order. Final booking is subject to confirmation after you submit an enquiry to the resort. Please take note of this when booking and planning your itinerary;

(2) Check‑in date is the first day of the booking. Rounds will be played on 3 consecutive days starting from the day after check‑in;

(3) Due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, booked tee times may be changed or delayed without prior notice, and no refund or cancellation will be entertained in such cases;

(4) After booking is confirmed, we will provide the specific tee time for each round before departure. Tee times may be adjusted based on actual course conditions, and no refund will be offered under such circumstances;

(5) Once the booking is confirmed, names and dates cannot be changed;

(6) Each person is entitled to one golf bag. Please attach a name tag with your English name as shown on your passport to your golf bag;

(7) This tour does not include a guide. You are required to arrange your own transport and handle check‑in procedures at the resort and golf course;

(8) You may book a golf cart at the front desk for travel between the resort and the golf course.

Weather Advisory

(1) Most golf courses operate normally even on rainy days. You are still required to go to the golf course and comply with its operating rules;

(2) If play is suspended due to sudden heavy rain or other reasons, it will usually resume after the temporary suspension;

(3) If the golf course officially decides to suspend or close operations due to safety reasons (e.g., lightning, storms, typhoons, blizzards, or floods), or if the course is closed for other reasons, the course will decide whether to provide re‑use entitlements (rain cheques, credits, vouchers) or a refund;

Additional Fees

(1) For bookings of 3 people, a single cart fee of 450,000 VND applies, payable on site;

(2) Cadbury chocolate caddie tip is USD 20 per person, payable on site;

Important Notes

(1) Office hours (including cancellation and refund policy): Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays;

(2) Regarding golf course booking services, we act as a telephone marketing intermediary, and the responsibility for golf course usage services lies with the seller;

(3) After the booking is confirmed, we will confirm tee times and provide customer service in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities);

Itinerary:

This is an accommodation and entertainment package that includes 3 nights' stay at the five‑star luxury Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang, as well as 3 rounds of 18‑hole golf at Vinpearl Golf Club Nha Trang.

【Day 1】Arrive at Nha Trang International Airport / Transfer to the resort (using resort shuttle bus and speedboat)

Check in and relax at the resort

After arriving at Cam Ranh International Airport, Nha Trang, look for the Vinpearl Resort staff holding a sign with your name in the arrival hall, then take the shuttle bus to the destination (approx. 1 hour 20 minutes drive).

‑ Please follow the staff's instructions at the reception hall and take the speedboat to Hon Tre Island.

‑ Upon arrival, the staff will arrange an electric buggy to take you to the resort for check‑in and arrange for you to rest on your own.

【Day 2】Enjoy breakfast at the resort, then head to the golf course (by golf cart)
