(1) Visitors must purchase both the Chimelong Animal Safari Park entry ticket (purchased according to the number of visitors entering the park, excluding free‑admission children) and the Chimelong Animal Safari vehicle ticket (self‑drive vehicles are purchased according to the number of vehicles entering the park; those taking the park's safari truck must purchase one ticket per person), and enter the park after verification by on‑site staff (2) Self‑drive visitors must bring their own small passenger vehicle with 7 seats (inclusive) or fewer (excluding caravans), and must drive/ride in the self‑drive vehicle to enter the Chimelong Animal Safari area. Walking or cycling into the park is strictly prohibited. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's approved capacity (including free‑admission and ticketed children; children should use safety seats in accordance with relevant regulations); both the vehicle and the driver must comply with legal and regulatory requirements (3) There are no petrol stations/gas stations/charging piles in the Chimelong Animal Safari area. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient fuel or power before entering the park

(1) For the same park/theatre, a ticket purchaser using the same valid ID document may purchase a maximum of 3 tickets for the same usage date, and a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding children's tickets); if self‑drive vehicle ticket products are purchased, the number of self‑drive vehicle tickets will also be included in the aforementioned ticket purchase limit. The number of products available for purchase through member points redemption, member‑exclusive benefits, and other limited‑purchase products shall be subject to the event rules and system notifications (2) For cases where one or more tickets are purchased with the same ID document for the same date and the same park/circus venue, the certificate holder must use one of the tickets to enter the park or venue, and accompanying visitors booked with the same document must also enter the park or venue with the certificate holder for simultaneous ticket verification. Annual pass holders who wish to use their annual pass to enter the park should not use their own ID document to purchase tickets on behalf of others (3) For any act of ticket scalping or any other illegal commercial use of tickets by the ticket purchaser, Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability This product is available in limited quantities and will be sold out on a first‑come, first‑served basis. How to Enter the Park (1) To enhance the visitor experience, ensure everyone's ticket purchase rights, and achieve safe, orderly, and fast park entry, Chimelong Resort implements entry by scanning valid original ID documents. Visitors must bring valid original ID documents matching their order, and undergo identity verification to enter the park. Valid ID documents include: Mainland China residents' second‑generation ID cards, passports, Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan residence permits, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, and Foreign Permanent Resident ID Cards. Please ensure that the ID information of the visitors/users filled in at the time of booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any failure to verify, inability to enter the park, or any loss caused by inaccurate or false information submitted shall be borne by the user. For child visitors, please fill in the ID document of the accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter the park together with that adult visitor. (2) For visitors enjoying ticket discounts, if age‑based verification is required at the time of entry, please cooperate by presenting the following valid original ID documents to verify whether the age meets the applicable standards for the ticket age definition. Mainland China visitors must present the "Resident ID Card of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macao, China must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" or the "Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from Taiwan, China must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding standards, you will need to pay the price difference according to the applicable ticket. (3) If visitors are unable to verify their tickets on the day of the visit due to forgetting, losing, damaging, or other circumstances of their ID documents, they should present other documents filled in at the time of booking that contain a photo and ID number, such as a temporary ID card, driver's licence, social security card, etc., and go to the ticket office of the corresponding park or circus for identity verification and ticket collection.
