(1) Infants and children must be counted as passengers;

(2) Children over 110cm in height are charged the same rate as adults;

(3) Children aged 0‑6 who do not occupy a seat are free;

(4) All guests must present their identification documents (Vietnamese citizens) or passport (non‑Vietnamese citizens);

(1) The open‑top bus service will be suspended under adverse weather conditions including but not limited to heavy rain;

(2) Due to force majeure, the company reserves the right to change the service route and schedule and to cancel the trip. The itinerary and schedule are for reference only, and the itinerary may be slightly adjusted according to the traffic conditions of the day;

(3) All seats on the bus are freely selectable and cannot be designated;

(4) The 4‑hour ticket is valid daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the last departure at 4:00 PM. It is recommended that you start using your ticket before 1:00 PM to fully enjoy the service;

(5) During peak season, holidays, weekends or traffic congestion, the company reserves the right to modify the routes and timetables according to actual traffic conditions;

(6) Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If found by staff, guests will be immediately asked to leave;

(7) Dangerous items (e.g. bottles, firecrackers, laser pointers) and items that may interfere with other participants are prohibited from being brought into the venue;

(8) The activity is suitable for bringing prams and wheelchairs;

The voucher is valid within 30 days from the order confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the last day

Exchange for a physical ticket at the counter (self‑service kiosk) or show the e‑voucher to the driver when boarding
