(1) To enhance visitors' experience, ensure everyone's ticket purchase rights, and achieve safe, orderly and quick park entry, Chimelong Resort has implemented entry measures requiring scanning of valid Mainland China Resident Second‑Generation ID Cards, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Resident Residence Permits, and Foreigner's Permanent Residence ID Cards (original documents). Visitors must bring the original valid ID document matching their order, and pass verification with person‑ID matching for park entry. Please ensure that the ID information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true and complete. Any failure in verification, park entry or any loss caused by inaccurate or incorrect information submitted shall be borne by the user. For child visitors, please fill in the ID document of the accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter the park together with that adult. (2) If your ID document is the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Passport, etc., you must fill in true and valid ID document information when purchasing tickets. Specific park entry procedures are as follows: Hengqin Chimelong Resort: Bring the original valid ID document filled in at the time of ticket purchase to the park ticket gate, and pass person‑ID matching verification for park entry. (3) For visitors enjoying ticket concessions, if age‑based verification is required at park entry, please present the following original valid identity documents for age verification. Mainland Chinese visitors must present the "Resident ID Card of the People's Republic of China"; visitors from Hong Kong and Macau must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or the "Residence Permit of the People's Republic of China for Hong Kong and Macau Residents"; visitors from Taiwan must present the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the "Residence Permit of the People's Republic of China for Taiwan Residents"; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding criteria, you will be required to pay the price difference of the applicable ticket. (4) If visitors are unable to pass ticket verification on the day of visit due to forgetting, losing, damaging or other situations regarding their ID documents, please present other documents filled in at the time of booking that contain photo and ID number, such as temporary ID card, driving licence, social security card, etc., at the corresponding park or circus ticket office for person‑document verification to collect tickets. (5) Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 (inclusive) or above for park (venue) entry.

(1) For the same park/theatre, a purchaser using the same valid ID document may purchase a maximum of 3 tickets for the same valid date, and a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding children's tickets). The purchasable quantity for member points redemption, member exclusive benefits and other purchase‑limited products shall be subject to activity rules and system prompts. (2) When the same ID document is used to purchase one or more tickets for the same date and the same park/circus venue, the ID holder must use one of the tickets for park or venue entry, and accompanying visitors booked under the same ID document must also pass ticket verification and enter the park or venue simultaneously with the ID holder. Annual pass holders who wish to use their annual pass for park entry must not use their own ID document to purchase tickets on behalf of others. (3) Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability against ticket purchasers who use tickets for scalping or any other illegal commercial purposes.

(1) To ensure public safety, all visitors entering Chimelong theme parks must undergo security checks. Please proactively open your carry‑on bags for security inspection. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, lighters, flints, matches, other flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited items as stipulated by laws and regulations into the park. Smoking (including e‑cigarettes) is prohibited throughout Chimelong Forest Kingdom and Chimelong Forest Hot Spring Paradise. (2) To ensure the safety of animals in the park, apart from baby food and a reasonable amount of drinking water for personal use, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Bird Paradise, Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Chimelong Spaceship Park, Chimelong Forest Kingdom and Chimelong Forest Hot Spring Paradise do not allow visitors to bring in other food and beverages. For other theme parks under Chimelong (Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Water Park, etc.) and circus venues, visitors (audience) may bring in food and beverages for personal consumption, but must not bring food that requires heating, processing, refrigeration or insulation (e.g., instant noodles requiring hot water and self‑heating food), food with strong odours (e.g., durian), or other food unsuitable for bringing into the park. (3) Some facilities have height and physical participation requirements. Visitors should consider participating based on their own health conditions. (4) If you visit Forest Hot Spring Paradise, please carefully read the "Hot Spring Bathing Safety Notice" posted in the park before entry and comply with the relevant safety rules. Visitors should participate in park activities cautiously based on their own physical and health conditions. (5) For the safety of other children, "parent‑child safety tethers" must not be used in the park, and selfie sticks are prohibited on ride facilities and in gatherings or crowded areas. (6) Under adverse weather conditions that cannot ensure safe operation of facilities (such as thunderstorms, rain and snow, hail, dense fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.), some outdoor amusement rides will be suspended, and park performances may be temporarily cancelled or partially cancelled. (7) Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 (inclusive) or above for park (venue) entry. (8) Different park attractions or facilities have different waiting times depending on visitor flow and popularity.
