(1)Voucher is valid for 334 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day;
(2)UK residents must activate the M‑Pass within 3 months of purchase, while international visitors travelling to the UK must activate it within 11 months;

(1)Once the M‑Pass is activated, you will receive a follow‑up email containing the pass as a PDF attachment;
(2)Before you start your journey, please make sure to download the M‑Pass directly to your mobile device;
(3)You must present the M‑Pass on your smartphone when requested by station and train staff; printed copies will not be accepted. A valid photo ID must also be presented;
(1)After purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to activate the M‑Pass and select your travel dates;
(2)Travel dates for UK residents must be within 3 months of the purchase date, while international visitors must travel within 11 months;
(3)Activate the pass once your travel dates are confirmed; it cannot be changed or refunded after activation;
(4)Important note: For flexible‑day passes such as the Highland Rover (4 travel days within 8 consecutive days), you must download a separate PDF for each day of travel;
(1)Seat reservations are recommended in advance but not mandatory;
(2)Bookings can be made up to 12 weeks in advance;
(3)Upgrade to First Class is not available;
(4)Seat reservations are non‑refundable and non‑changeable;

All refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee of GBP 10
If the passenger clicks "Activate" on the activation website, the mobile version of the pass (M-Pass) will not be refunded
Inactive standard tickets may be refunded within 1 year from the date of purchase
No refund will be given for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
