Participants must be aged 7 or above to join this activity

A minimum of 6 participants is required for the tour to be confirmed. If the minimum number is not reached, a full refund or rescheduling is available at no cost.

(1) To ensure comfort during the activity, please do not wear sandals, slippers, skirts or shorts;

(2) Recommended attire: white top + black long trousers (if you have your own equestrian gear, please bring it; otherwise, shared helmets and protective vests will be provided at the camp);

To foster children's independence, we suggest parents let their children prepare their own belongings. Please have the child fill in the packing list themselves to prevent items from being lost. We recommend bringing one suitcase and one backpack.

1 set of pyjamas, underwear and outerwear, socks, sports shoes and slippers, toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, shampoo, body wash), laundry soap, water bottle (thermos flasks and glass bottles are not allowed), tissues, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and personal items for girls as needed.

(1) Bringing large amounts of cash and valuables is prohibited;

(2) Bringing gaming consoles, laptops, knives or other such items is prohibited. If mobile phones or power banks are brought, they must be handed over to the counsellor for safekeeping upon arrival at the camp and will be returned to participants at noon on the last day. If such items are brought without permission, the owner shall be responsible for any damage or loss;

(1) Participants who feel unwell during the activity should report to the leading teacher or instructor immediately;

(2) Participants must: have no history of heart disease, hypertension or other such conditions; have not undergone major surgery within the past six months; minor surgeries must be disclosed to the registration office in advance, along with the cause of illness and recovery status; any required medication must be reported to the registration office in advance with detailed instructions on usage and care, and confirmed by the parent's signature. Participants must not have conditions that make them unsuitable for strenuous activities, outdoor sports, or cold‑weather illnesses, etc. Any conditions not mentioned above should also be reported to the registration office. The parents shall be responsible for all consequences arising from undisclosed conditions;

(3) If a participant has a food allergy, parents should inform the counsellor and instructor in advance to prevent allergic reactions;
