(1) Hotel round‑trip transfer service is provided;

(2) The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. No refund will be given if the waiting time is exceeded;

(3) Please fill in the hotel name and address on the checkout page;

(4) If you need to book an airport transfer, please select the Incheon/Gimpo Airport transfer option when booking;

(5) Each vehicle can accommodate 6 passengers and 6 pieces of 24‑inch luggage;

(6) 1 piece of luggage 28 inches (inclusive) or above will be counted as 2 pieces of 24‑inch luggage;

(7) The meeting point at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 is Exit 12 of the Arrivals Hall;

(8) The meeting point at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 is Exit 6 of the Arrivals Hall;

(9) 90 minutes of free waiting time is provided for airport pick‑up;

(10) The free waiting time starts from the flight arrival time. Additional charges will apply if the waiting time is exceeded;

(1) All additional fees must be paid to the driver in cash;

(2) Extra stop charge: KRW20,000 per stop;

(3) Overtime charge: KRW30,000 per hour;

(4) If the itinerary needs to be changed or cancelled due to traffic, weather or other unforeseeable factors, please contact Klook Customer Service;

(5) The driver will not accompany you into the attractions;

(6) Please provide a searchable messaging app ID or contact number when booking;
