Near Galata Tower, you will learn the complete Turkish coffee ceremony, from coffee beans to a cup of coffee. Pick the coffee beans yourself and grind them manually using traditional tools. Then, slowly brew the coffee in a copper coffee pot (cezve) on hot sand, watching the coffee foam rise perfectly. After enjoying the coffee, cover the cup and learn Turkish coffee fortune telling. Your instructor will teach you how to interpret symbols and patterns, a fun Turkish cultural tradition that has been passed down for centuries. The instructor can teach in Turkish, English, or Russian. Fresh Turkish tea and Turkish delight will be provided throughout the session. You will also taste caffeine‑free Menengiç coffee, a unique nut‑flavoured Turkish drink. Take home your handmade coffee set, coffee plan, and recipe booklet. Sessions are available daily from 08:00 to 23:00. All ages are welcome. The group size can be up to 250 people.
