(1) The private car service duration is 9 hours, inclusive of potential delays upon passenger arrival;

(2) No extra charge for delays within 30 minutes;

(3) Overtime of 31 minutes or more will be calculated as 1 full hour;

(4) For delays exceeding 1 hour, an overtime fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged;

(5) If the departure date falls on a South Korean public holiday, the activity experience may be affected by heavy tourist crowds;

(6) Please pay attention to relevant notices when booking tours during South Korean public holidays;

(7) In case of any emergency on the day of departure, please contact the contact detail indicated at the bottom of the voucher;

(8) Please wait in the hotel lobby 10‑15 minutes prior to the pick‑up time. If parking is not allowed at your hotel, you may need to walk to a nearby location for boarding;

(9) If the driver‑cum‑guide requires an admission ticket to enter an attraction, they will not enter;

(10) If you are bringing luggage, please verify the vehicle capacity prior to booking. Additional charges will apply if a vehicle upgrade is required due to exceeding the luggage limit;

(4) 1‑8 passengers will use a 9‑seater vehicle with driver. Vehicle capacities are as follows: A 9‑seater Kia Carnival can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers and 3 pieces of 24‑inch luggage; a 9‑seater Hyundai Starex can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers and 4 pieces of 24‑inch luggage;

(5) Luggage policy: Standard luggage size is 24 inches (40x24x62 cm); two pieces of 24‑inch luggage will be counted as one passenger, and one piece of 28‑inch luggage will also be counted as one passenger; a baby stroller/wheelchair will be counted as one piece of 28‑inch luggage, equivalent to one passenger; if you are bringing a baby stroller/wheelchair, please ensure you specify the quantity in the luggage section on the booking page;

(6) Please accurately state the quantity and size of your luggage when booking. The company shall not be held liable if the reserved vehicle cannot accommodate all luggage due to incomplete information provided;

(7) To ensure a smooth journey, please read the luggage and passenger capacity details carefully;

(8) Additional charge policy: Overtime fee after 20:00 is KRW 30,000 per hour; for overtime fees prior to 08:00, please contact customer service;
