(4) Once you leave the historic site complex, re‑entry is not permitted as the ticket is only valid for a specific time slot;
(5) All passengers must undergo airport‑level security checks, including baggage scanning;
(6) Delays may occur at the entrance due to identity verification and security checks;
(7) In case of strong wind or heavy rain warnings, the management of the Alcázar Castle may close the gardens for safety reasons;
(8) This tour operates rain or shine;
(9) Student tickets are only applicable to individuals aged 30 and under;
(1) Weapons of any kind and sharp objects are prohibited;
(2) Pets are not allowed;

Please meet at the large statue located in Plaza del Triunfo, between the Alcázar and the Cathedral. Your guide will be wearing a white identification badge printed with the words "Seville Unique Experiences". No refunds for latecomers or no‑shows. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
