The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time);

(1) First, download the World City Trail App from the Play Store or App Store;

(2) Find the “Supplier Confirmation Number” on your voucher. It is a code similar to “WCT‑XXXXXXX”. Copy this number, use it as the booking reference, log into the App, select “Create”, and fill in your details;

(3) After successful login, you can customise your route based on your location, choosing your starting point and ending point;

(4) Your booking reference number will become active 24 hours before the booking date or on the activity day;
