(1) This is a shared tour. Pick‑up times will be arranged according to each booking group. Pick‑up information will be sent via email 2 days before departure. Once the pick‑up information has been sent, changes to the pick‑up location will not be accepted;

(2) This tour is primarily conducted in English. Chinese language service will be provided depending on availability;

(3) All our drivers are professionally certified and experienced. If a detour is required due to road closures, it does not mean we are taking the wrong route. If the speed limit is 110 km/h, it means we can drive at a maximum speed of 110 km/h without exceeding the limit. Free pick‑up service is available for designated hotels in Perth city centre (postcodes 6000, 6003, 6004). The service area does not include serviced apartments. You must check the pick‑up notification email after 8:00 PM, 2 days before departure. Please arrive at the pick‑up point 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The supplier will reconfirm the pick‑up time before the tour;
