(1) Winter Public Kiwi Experience Times: 10:00, 11:00, 12:15, 13:00, 14:00, 15:45 and 16:30;
(2) Winter Conservation Show: 11:30 and 15:00;
(3) Closed on Christmas Day;
(4) Summer Public Kiwi Encounter Times: 10:00, 11:00, 12:15, 13:00, 14:15, 15:00, 16:15 and 17:00;
(5) Summer Conservation Show: 11:30, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30 (from 1 November);
(6) Winter season is from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026, open Monday to Sunday 09:30‑17:00, last entry at 16:15;
(1) Free for children aged 0‑5;
(2) Children aged 16 and above are charged the same as adults;

(1) Dangerous items (e.g. bottles, firecrackers, laser pointers) and items that may interfere with other participants are prohibited from being brought into the venue;
(2) Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or service, and no refund will be given;
(3) Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If found by staff, you will be immediately asked to leave;
(4) Photography is allowed on site, but commercial filming and live streaming of copyright‑protected programmes are prohibited;
(5) Flash photography is not allowed inside the venue;
(6) Due to animals' sensitive sense of smell, please refrain from using strong perfumes;
(7) Please do not feed the animals unless permitted by staff;
(8) Single entry only;
(9) The activity is suitable for prams and wheelchairs;
(10) Wheelchair/mobility aid users must be accompanied by a carer;
(11) Please note that an additional animal conservation show will be held at 17:30 daily, allowing you to enjoy the evening show before the park closes;
