(1) Booking Method: Select date, number of participants, and emergency contact to place order and pay;
(2) Inclusions: English‑speaking guide, life jacket, stand‑up paddleboard and paddle;
(3) Exclusions: Hotel round‑trip transfer, meals and drinks, other personal expenses, tips, small locker rental;
(4) Booking Eligibility: Participants must be aged 12 or above; aged 12‑18 must be accompanied by a paying adult; minimum 2 participants per group. If the minimum group size is not met, rescheduling or full refund will be offered. Group size: 2‑38 persons;
(1) Please arrive punctually; be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the activity time;
(2) No refund for latecomers or no‑shows;
(3) Meeting Address: 1832 Mast Tower Lane, Granville Island;
(1) No shower facilities available, but changing rooms are provided;
(2) Before and after the tour, you may use the washroom at the operator's office;
(3) Participants must be aged 19 or above to sign the waiver; anyone aged 19 or below must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian;
(4) Recommended to bring: change of clothes / sunscreen / sunglasses / water bottle;
(5) Activity is not suitable for strollers and wheelchairs;
