Select the booking date, fill in the contact person details and the hotel name and address in English, then proceed with payment. After successful payment, wait for the email confirmation.

After successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent. Please check your designated email inbox later, download the confirmation and show it on your mobile device.

(1) For safety reasons, participants of the zip line activity must be in good health and free from any conditions that may affect the safe operation of the equipment.

(2) This tour is not recommended for those exceeding 110 kg, pregnant women, children under 6 years old, individuals who have had surgery within the past 6 months, or those with high blood pressure, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, or any mental health condition.

(3) Suitable for adults and children aged 6–60. Children aged 6–12 must participate under the close supervision of a parent or adult.

(4) Please wear comfortable shoes. Do not wear flip‑flops. Sandals with laces are acceptable, and light clothing is recommended.

(5) Please keep valuables in the hotel. The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Attraction tickets, English‑speaking professional driver/guide, beverages or alcoholic drinks at designated bars, hotel round‑trip transfer, and insurance provided by the supplier.

(1) Please provide your preferred location on the payment page, and the supplier will reconfirm with you.

(2) Optional departure times: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00. Please make sure to attend the activity at the selected time during booking.

(3) The pick‑up range covers hotels near the main roads of Koh Samui, including Lipanoi, Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng, Choengmon, Lamai, Tongkrut, and Talingngam.

(4) This is a shared transfer service. The actual pick‑up time may be earlier or later. Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page, and the supplier will reconfirm the pick‑up time before the trip.

(5) Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time.
