(2) All participants must bring a passport or official ID card to enter museums, royal palaces and other regulated venues;
(3) Travel price does not include tickets. Please bring cash. Tickets must be purchased directly from the guide at the ticket office;
(1) Please dress appropriately according to the weather on the day;
(2) Do not wear slippers, shorts, vests, or sleeveless tops when entering the venue;
(1) Voucher is valid only for the specified date and time;
(1) Please present the e‑voucher;
Cancellation and full refund can be made up to 48 hours (local time) before the activity date.
Partial refund policy: Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for participants who misunderstand the inclusions and exclusions of the itinerary. Cancellation within 72 hours before the service start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If the order fails or is rejected, a full refund can be issued.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, no refund will be given.
If the number of participants is less than 4, the activity will be cancelled, and rescheduling or a refund will be arranged.
If the rules are not followed, no refund or order change can be made.
