Valencia Tourist Card

Please note that infants and children must be counted as passengers;

Children aged 0‑5 are free, children aged 13 and above are charged the same as adults;

(1) Once the pass is activated, it is for personal use only and cannot be resold or shared with multiple users;

(2) After pickup, you will receive a guide and map detailing all institutions and services where the Valencia Tourist Card can be used for discounts;

(3) Children aged 0 to 5 can use public transport for free and enter tourist attractions for free or at a discounted rate, so they do not need to purchase the Valencia Tourist Card;

(4) Children under 5 can ride EMT buses for free, children under 6 can ride suburban trains for free, children under 9 can ride the metro and trams for free, and can also enter tourist attractions for free or at a discount; in addition, children under 15 can enter municipal museums and monuments for free;

(5) Once this card is activated upon first use, no partial or full refund will be accepted;

(6) Children must present their ID card or passport for verification;

(7) The physical card is activated upon first use on public transport or at any of the 42 card readers; verification at attractions involves writing the card's expiry date with an ink pen;

(8) There are 17 digital self‑service kiosks across the city and at the airport where you can collect and top up the Valencia Tourist Card;

(9) The activity is not suitable for prams and wheelchairs;

The voucher is valid for 1 day from the date of redemption/activation, expiring at the same time of redemption/activation on the last day (e.g., if redemption/activation time is 13:00, the voucher will expire at 13:00 after 1 day);

(1) Please present your voucher to exchange for a physical card;

(2) You can exchange for a physical card 24 hours a day at the airport and at digital self‑service kiosks throughout the city;

(3) Please refer to the digital information point locations for assistance;

(4) The physical card will be activated upon first use;
