Activity Introduction
At the SAR Wildlife Park, you can not only observe native animals from the Northern Territory up close but also encounter them in their natural habitats — you can stroll through the treetop aviary, wander around the natural lagoon, or explore the native woodlands along the trail. You can even interact with them during the daily animal shows. You will definitely love the Nocturnal House, where you can see animals that are active only at night, as well as the daily Flight Deck Show, featuring birds flying freely. The SAR Wildlife Park has about 6 kilometres of easy to moderate difficulty trails. You can also rent a bicycle or bring your own to experience the different habitats between the main exhibit areas — or hop on the free shuttle train that runs every 30 minutes, operating from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Experience the beauty of nature up close with your family and admire the majestic pelicans.

Marvel at the impressive wingspan of local birds in a captivating flight show.

Get up close with friendly kangaroos in an open enclosure, hand‑feed them, and enjoy a wonderful family time.

Discover the mysteries of nature through hands‑on experiences and get up close to local wildlife.

Stroll along the scenic nature trails and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the ancient rainforest canopy.

Start your adventure now and explore the winding paths of our stunning native animal sanctuary.
