(1) OW: Age 11‑15 (must know how to swim) to obtain the Junior Diver Certificate. Those aged 15 or above may apply for an upgrade to the Adult Diver Certificate;
(2) AOW: Age 12 or above, and holding an internationally recognised Open Water Diver certificate or equivalent (PADI, NAUI, SSI or CMAS, etc.);
(1) OW: Tuition fee, sea area fee, course material fee, certificate application, diving insurance (Chinese/English instructors must be specified at the time of booking); Lunch on the second and third days and hotel transfer (limited to PATONG, KARON and KATA areas only; charges apply beyond these areas);

(1) The OW certification diving course lasts 3 days. If it cannot be completed within 3 days, you may continue studying, but additional fees will apply;
(2) The AOW certification diving course lasts 2 days. If it cannot be completed within 2 days, an additional 4,500 Thai Baht per person will be charged for intensive training;
(3) It is recommended that OW and AOW trainees do not exceed 120 kg in weight. Excessive body weight may increase the risk of diving;

OW Certification Training Schedule and Itinerary: (The entire training takes 3 days)

Day 1: Pool Diving Training (Lunch not included)
Make your own way to the dive centre for the theory course. Upon arrival at the dive centre, pool diving training will be conducted; (if hotel transfer is required, please enquire about the transfer fee separately)
The theory course consists of 5 units, covering topics such as buoyancy and pressure principles, wearing and using diving equipment, understanding the diving environment, auxiliary equipment for diving, and the use of dive tables and compass.
Unit tests and a final exam will be conducted. Unit tests record your learning progress for each unit. The final exam is a summary of the entire theory. We will then conduct confined water training (pool training).
Content mainly includes: equipment assembly and disassembly, wearing equipment, underwater safety checks, and in‑water skill practice.

Days 2 and 3: Open Water Training (Lunch included)
Content mainly includes: donning and adjusting equipment in open water, reviewing in‑water skills, completing dive logs, performing pre‑dive safety checks with your dive buddy, and mastering entry techniques.
Number of dives: 2 dives per day, 4 dives in total over the two days.
Dive site: Racha Island.
After the dives, a temporary certificate will be issued at the dive centre.

AOW Certification Training Course: (The entire training takes 3 days)
Course Introduction: The Advanced Open Water Diver course gives you the opportunity to try a variety of diving styles while improving your diving skills, allowing you to enjoy diving more comfortably and freely underwater.
Core modules of the Advanced Open Water Diver training: Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation. .
Elective modules: Choose any three from Peak Performance Buoyancy, Boat Diving, Equipment Specialist, Underwater Photography, Underwater Naturalist, Drift Diving, and Fish Identification.
Peak Performance Buoyancy: Learn to maintain balance underwater effortlessly, neither floating up nor sinking down.
Boat Diving: Learn how to dive from a boat, including pre‑dive preparation and procedures.
Drift Diving: Learn to control your breathing underwater for extended dive times.
Equipment Specialist: Understand the use and maintenance of different diving equipment.
Underwater Photography: Learn how to take photos underwater, capturing beautiful underwater landscapes and marine life.
Underwater Naturalist: Learn to observe underwater ecosystems and understand the behaviour and environment of marine life.
Fish Identification: Learn to identify different species of fish, recognising their characteristics and habits.

AOW Certification Training Course and Itinerary:
Day 1:
A vehicle will be arranged to pick you up from your hotel and take you to the pier for the first day of dive training at sea.
Dive site: Racha Island
Number of dives: 2 dives
Day 2:
Advanced elective course training will be conducted in open water (electives may be swapped depending on dive site conditions).
Dive site: Wreck / Shark Point / Koh Haa
Number of dives: 3 dives

▶▷ The specific dive destinations (Racha Yai/Racha Noi or the wreck area) will depend on the travel date chosen by the guest.
