The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.
(1) Please present the e‑voucher;
(2) Use the 13‑digit code below the QR code on the voucher to redeem the Hola Barcelona Travel Card;
(1) Redeemed tickets are non‑transferable;
(2) You can exchange the voucher for a physical transport ticket at any time using the ticket machines at train or metro stations (see redemption details below);
(3) Please note that the travel card is non‑replaceable and non‑refundable in case of loss, theft or robbery, and all responsibility lies with the passenger;
