"One Adult" refers to 1 person aged 18 or above. Adult tickets cannot be replaced by children's tickets. "One Child" refers to 1 child aged 7 months to 12 years old and under 1.5 metres in height.

Children and adolescents over 1.5 metres in height and under 18 years of age entering the park shall be regarded as "One Child", shall purchase a children's ticket, read and sign the reminder note, and shall be accompanied and supervised by a parent.

This playground is open to children aged 7 months to 12 years old (including 12 years old) and under 1.5 metres in height. Children must be accompanied by a parent for entry (For safety reasons, pregnant women, minors, persons aged 65 or above, and other persons without full capacity for civil conduct are not allowed to enter the venue as the child's parent or guardian).

For each additional adult accompanying the child, a companion ticket must be purchased (Companion tickets must be used together with the main ticket and cannot be used separately. Price is subject to the counter price, unless otherwise included in the purchased package).

For safety and hygiene reasons, both parents and children must wear non‑slip socks with rubber soles throughout their stay in the playground. Customers are recommended to bring their own. Those who do not have them can purchase them at the venue front desk (CNY 5/pair).

To ensure the safety of supervision, the accompanying parent cannot be changed midway after entering the park. If it is genuinely necessary to change the child's parent (or guardian) due to special reasons, both the outgoing and incoming parents must go together to the playground front desk to register and sign for confirmation.

One entry and one exit of the playground counts as one complete visit. If you (the customer) leave the premises due to your own reasons, it will be deemed as the end of the visit. Re‑entry will require purchasing a new ticket or swiping your card. If you need to leave for a short period due to special circumstances, please contact the playground front desk staff to explain the situation and seek assistance.

Infants under 7 months old may enter for free as accompanying partners of the cardholding child. Infants must be supervised by a parent at all times.

Staff of this playground do not provide one‑on‑one accompanying care. Parents are the guardians of their children. Please take good care of and supervise your children during the play session.

This playground is a children's play area. For the safety and play experience of you and other customers, and to maintain a safe play environment. If you wish to bring food and beverages for your own consumption, please do not eat or drink within the play area, and please be aware that the following food and beverages, due to safety considerations and potential impact on others' experience, must not be brought into the park (excluding infant feeding and medical reasons): ① Any items with a strong or pungent odour; ② Any items that are self‑heating or require on‑site preparation.

Please undergo temperature monitoring and hand sanitisation before entering the park. Children under 3 years old must wear diapers to enter the venue. (Persons with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C, suffering from infectious diseases, skin diseases, or with external injuries are not permitted to enter.)

The voucher is valid for 31 days from the date of redemption/activation, expiring at 22:00 on the last day.
