Our staff will confirm the departure time via WeChat before 21:00 on the day prior to travel. Pick‑up will start around 6:30am (may be earlier during peak season). Free pick‑up within the designated range. If you are outside the designated range, please proceed to the meeting point: Exit C of Ding'an Road MTR Station. This may be subject to change. Please refer to the actual staff notice.
All scenic spots require the original Identity Card, Passport, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan Travel Permit for entry. Please ensure you bring the document specified in your order. Failure to bring the required documents or providing incorrect documents may result in entry denial. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
The East China region has four distinct seasons. The temperature difference between spring and autumn mornings and evenings is significant. Please pay attention to weather changes and travel safely.
Complimentary ticket refund: 50 RMB/person (The purchase price is a group ticket rate; the refund does not follow the scenic spot's standard ticket price. Please inform our staff in advance and bring the relevant documents).
There may be souvenir shops and creative stores along the routes within and at the exits of scenic spots. Please make your own choices and purchase cautiously. When making purchases, please obtain an invoice and relevant certificates, and keep them safe. Any purchases made at these locations are strictly personal and not affiliated with the tour agency.

The tour agency shall not be liable for any further outbreak of illness or injury/death during the trip arising from a guest's existing medical history or physical disability. Under current insurance liability and accident clauses, this situation falls within the exclusion scope of the insurance company. Individuals with mental illness or those lacking behavioural control are not permitted to register for the tour.
The tour ends late on the day. It is recommended that you do not book a train or flight on the same day to avoid affecting your travel plans.
We reserve the right to adjust the order of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure, the tour agency will assist in resolving the issue but shall not be liable for any losses incurred. Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
Voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time).

Children over 120cm in height are charged the same rate as adults.
Children: Fare includes seat only, does not include ticket fees for attractions.
Maximum age for participation is 80 years old. Guests over 70 years old and under 18 years old are recommended to be accompanied by family members or sign a health agreement.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The accompanying adult registering for the trip is considered the minor's guardian during the tour and bears the responsibility and obligation to ensure the minor's safety.

You can cancel the order up to 24 hours before the activity date (local time) and receive a full refund.
