Zurich Grindelwald (Grindelwald First) Full-Day Private Adventure

(1)Outbound: Pick‑up service. Please provide your preferred location on the payment page; the supplier will confirm with you again. The pick‑up location can be any address within a 10km radius of the departure city (Zurich). Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page. The supplier will reconfirm the pick‑up time before the trip. Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time;

(2)Attractions/Experience: 10 hours, guided tour, Grindelwald, First, Bachalpsee. With the Adventure Ticket, you can take unlimited cable car rides and choose to participate in two activities of your choice: First Flyer, First Glider, Scooter or Mountain Cart. The itinerary may be adjusted based on group size or weather conditions, and only some scenic spots will be visited;

(3)Return: 17:00 ‑ 21:00, including pick‑up/drop‑off;

(4)The itinerary may be adjusted based on traffic and weather conditions;

Please note that infants and children count towards the passenger capacity.

(1)The itinerary includes a significant amount of walking and stair climbing. Please ensure you have sufficient physical fitness to participate;

(2)Small groups of 1‑3 persons will be provided with a comfortable saloon car (Mercedes‑Benz E‑Class or similar);

(3)Groups of 4‑8 persons will be provided with a comfortable minivan (Mercedes‑Benz Minivan or similar);

(4)Please select your preferred pick‑up time on the checkout page. Please note that most itineraries are long; it is recommended to start the trip as early as possible, with pick‑up times between 08:00 ‑ 09:00;

(5)At the designated pick‑up location, a free waiting period of up to 30 minutes is provided, calculated from the exact designated pick‑up time. If the service provider cannot locate the participant within this free waiting time, it will be considered a no‑show and no refund will be given;

(6)If a participant cannot find the driver or is unable to arrive at the pick‑up location on time, please contact the operator using the contact details provided on the voucher;

(7)If children under 12 years old are participating, please enter the exact age of the child/children at checkout so that appropriate booster seats (child seats, infant seats) can be properly arranged in the vehicle in accordance with Swiss law;
