Exchange ticket at the ticket counter by presenting your passport and the QR code below the booking confirmation email on your mobile phone

(1) Cancellation, refund or change of booked tickets due to unfamiliarity with ticket collection, viewing age, venue, transport/parking, seating or related information will not be accepted. Please pay attention when booking;

(2) Ticket collection time is on the day of the show, starting 1 hour before the performance begins;

(3) Please enter the venue 10 minutes before the show starts (latecomers will not be admitted);

(4) Photography, video recording and audio recording are prohibited without prior consent, except during the curtain call;

(5) All food and drinks (including bottled water) are prohibited inside the performance venue;

(6) Late admission is strictly prohibited. Please be seated at least 10 minutes before the show starts to ensure smooth viewing;

(7) Suitable for ages 8 and above. Children under 8 are not permitted. Your understanding is appreciated;

(1) On the day of the show, please present the booking confirmation email (on your mobile phone or printed copy) to collect your ticket at the designated location;

(2) Please keep your mobile phone reachable. Our customer service will contact you during office hours if there are any special circumstances;

(3) All order modifications and refunds for show tickets must be processed during HanYou Net customer service office hours;
