This one‑day tour of the Bernese Oberland and Lake Thun allows you to explore five classic attractions in one go, connecting cave wonders, suspension bridge views, old town charm, and lakeside nature. It lets you deeply appreciate the majesty and gentleness of the Bernese Oberland, spending a fulfilling and unforgettable day amidst natural wonders and human history.
The first stop of the itinerary is the St. Beatus Caves. Step into the illuminated underground world and closely admire the stalactites and stalagmites formed over thousands of years. Under the glow of the lights, various oddly shaped stalactites layer and intertwine, presenting a fantastical and magnificent underground landscape, as if entering a fairy‑tale‑like hidden subterranean realm, experiencing nature's extraordinary craftsmanship over millennia.

Next, head to the Sigriswil Panorama Bridge. Step onto this thrilling suspension bridge and stand high above to take in the endless mountain peaks of the Bernese Oberland and the distant azure Lake Thun. With layered mountains, shimmering lake views, and a vast magnificent horizon, whether taking photos or quietly enjoying the scenery, you can feel the unique majestic atmosphere of the Alpine region.

Afterwards, explore the town of Thun. Walk into this historically rich town and visit the ancient castle built in the 12th century, experiencing the solemnity and grandeur of medieval architecture. Stroll through the streets and alleys, admire the picturesque surroundings embraced by the Alps, and experience the leisurely town atmosphere, feeling the unique charm where history and nature blend.
The itinerary also includes a stroll through the Blausee Nature Park. Relax in the verdant park, enjoy the tranquil lake views and rich natural ecology, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and savour a moment of pleasant leisure. Finally, take a cruise on Lake Thun. On the stable boat, enjoy the scenery along both sides of the lake shore, gaze at the stunning views surrounded by mountains, and take in all the beautiful sights of the day.

The entire trip is rich and diverse, combining nature exploration, historical tours, and leisure relaxation. From underground wonders to high‑altitude panoramas, from ancient city architecture to lake and mountain scenery, it offers a one‑stop experience of the best landscapes of the Bernese Oberland. Whether you are a nature lover or a history traveller, you will have an unforgettable travel experience.
