For safety reasons, this trip is not recommended for individuals with heart or back conditions, mobility issues (including weak knees), epilepsy, or pregnant women. Please note that the captain has the final say on who can join this trip
Puffin season runs from 15 April to 20 August; after this period, the trip will be exclusively for viewing large whales!
Whale watching is subject to natural conditions, and sightings cannot be guaranteed; however, the local operator has achieved a whale sighting rate of up to 99% in recent years.
In rare cases where no marine life (including dolphins) is sighted, passengers will receive a "return ticket" for one free future trip. Please note that no refunds will be issued if no whales and/or dolphins are sighted
The supplier may refuse intoxicated individuals from joining the activity without a refund
Warm clothing / hiking shoes; please wear suitable attire, gloves, and hat according to the weather on the day
The activity is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs
The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time)
Present your e‑voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket counter

Cancellation and full refund must be made at least 36 hours before the activity date (local time).
In case of adverse weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the trip and arrange rescheduling or a full refund.
Puffin season runs from 15 April to 20 August; after this period, all tours will be dedicated solely to whale watching!

Get ready for an adventure at Húsavík Harbour! Please wear warm clothing, as the tour includes a professional whale‑watching guide, an experienced captain, insulated and waterproof flotation suits, and life jackets.
【Itinerary Reference】:
Outbound: Gather. Optional departure times: 09:00, 10:00, 12:00, 13:00, 15:00, 16:00, 18:00, 19:00, 21:00, 21:30, 22:30 (be sure to attend the activity at the selected time upon booking). After check‑in, you will start preparing in the changing room. 20 minutes before departure, all passengers will be provided with flotation suits and life jackets by the crew. Late arrivals or no‑shows will not be refunded. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time.

Return: Arrive back. Optional return times: 00:30, 11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 17:00, 18:00, 20:00, 21:00, 23:00, 23:30 (subject to the selected departure time and tour duration upon booking)

Don't forget to bring a hat and gloves — the bay can be quite cold! The tour will take you to Skjálfandi Bay, home to various whale species such as humpback whales and minke whales, dolphins and porpoises — over 10 species in total!
Traveling on a fast RIB boat increases your chances of getting up close with these giant creatures, covering vast distances during the trip.

With only 12 or fewer passengers on board, everyone gets an excellent view. Highlights include: Lundey (Puffin Island), home to a large colony of puffins, and the Tjornes Peninsula, famous for its two‑million‑year‑old fossil layers!
