(1) The tour fee includes tickets, but the booking voucher cannot be used for direct entry to the venue. Customers must check in at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before departure, where you will meet the guide and the group. The guide will provide the actual admission tickets for the attractions;

(2) To issue Vatican Museums tickets, the first and last name must be provided. Without this information, tickets cannot be issued;

(3) Each participant must bring a valid ID card or passport to join this activity and present it at the activity venue. Please ensure that the name provided at the time of booking matches the name on the valid ID card or passport. If entry is refused due to a name mismatch or lack of identification, no refund will be given;

(4) By purchasing this itinerary, the customer agrees to follow only the designated guide. No external guides are allowed after purchase. Only the designated guide and group may enter the Vatican Museums. Opting out will result in forfeiture of all itinerary and ticket rights, with no refund;

(5) All visitors must undergo airport‑style security checks. During peak season, security wait times may be up to 30 minutes;

(6) Please dress appropriately before visiting religious sites. Only suitably dressed visitors may enter the Vatican Museums;

(7) It is recommended to bring a valid ID card / passport (with at least 6 months validity);

(8) Do not enter wearing slippers, shorts, vests, or sleeveless tops;
