Participants must be at least 14 years old; children aged 14‑18 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 14‑18 must have a parent present when signing the travel consent form; group size: 1‑12 persons
Waterproof clothing and hiking boots are available for rent, subject to availability; for crampons to fit your hiking boots, participants must wear shoes with a minimum size of EU 35 and maximum of EU 50; sturdy hiking boots can be rented at 1,500 ISK. Avoid running shoes or low‑cut shoes to prevent discomfort from the crampon straps. Please remember to bring your own food and drinks as lunch is not provided on this tour. From June to September, there is plenty of fresh water on the glacier, so please bring a reusable water bottle.
Warm outdoor clothing, waterproof jacket and trousers, hat, gloves and sturdy hiking boots with ankle support; a lightweight sweater, fleece or thermal; choose lightweight synthetic or quick‑dry trousers. Avoid jeans for longer trips as they become wet, cold and dry slowly; bring a small backpack with essentials such as camera, rain gear and spare items; don't forget to bring sunglasses and sunscreen to protect against the strong glare from the ice

Outbound Journey: Meet at the meeting point. Optional departure times: 09:20, 10:40, 11:00 (please ensure you attend the activity at the selected time booked). Meet at the Arctic Adventures booking hut in Skaftafell National Park. Look for the grey house with a turf roof. No refunds for late arrivals or no‑shows. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
Attraction/Experience: 5 hours 30 minutes, guided tour, Falljökull
Return Journey: Return to the meeting point. Optional return times: 14:50, 16:10, 16:30 (subject to the selected departure time booked and tour duration).
