Children aged 0‑5 can join the tour for free, but advance reservation is required at the time of booking.
(1) Summit activities such as Alpine Sensation, Sphinx Observation, Ice Palace, and The Plateau may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions;
(2) Please note that no accessible facilities are available on board, but lightweight foldable wheelchairs or prams can be stored in the luggage compartment; visitors must be able to board and alight on their own or with assistance from others. If you are bringing a wheelchair or pram, please inform the supplier in advance;
(3) Jungfrau is located at an altitude of 3,454 metres (11,332 feet), which is a high‑altitude area. Even with a short stay, some visitors may experience acute mountain sickness. If in doubt, please consult a doctor beforehand;
(4) To reduce the risk, please slow down and take short breaks along the way. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol. Eat lightly and rest more when necessary. If any problem arises, notify train crew or staff immediately. The best treatment for altitude sickness is to descend to a lower altitude;
(5) [Friendly Reminder] Mountain weather changes rapidly; we recommend wearing layers, and bringing sunglasses and sunscreen. High altitude may cause discomfort, so please take it slow and enjoy yourself. Toilets and facilities are available on site. Medical rescue resources are limited; if you have serious problems, descend to a lower altitude immediately;
(6) Routes and transportation may be subject to change due to seasonal maintenance without prior notice. The guaranteed stay time at the Jungfrau summit is 2 hours;
(7) Guided tours may be conducted bilingually;
