(2) Hanoi Office: No. 5, Lane 231, Mieu Boc Street, Trung Liet Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi;

(1) 90‑day single entry: Ho Chi Minh City area (Gia Lai Province and south), Hanoi area (Quang Tri Province and north), Da Nang area (Da Nang, Hue, Quang Ngai); validity 3 months, single entry, maximum stay 30 days, recommended less than 15 days;

(2) 5‑year multiple entry: Ho Chi Minh City area (Gia Lai Province and south), Hanoi area (Quang Tri Province and north), Da Nang area (Da Nang, Hue, Quang Ngai); validity 5 years, multiple entries, maximum stay of 30 days per entry;

(1) The date selected in the system is the intended departure date;

(2) Original documents must be provided;

(3) The voucher is only valid for the specified date;

(4) Passport and visa will be returned immediately upon completion of review;
