Munich One-Day Tour Route B: Königssee + Magic Forest

☆08:00 Gather at Munich Central Station, then head to the Magic Forest. 

☆10:30 Pass by the town of Ramsau, proceed to Hintersee

It is one of the three lakes of Königssee. Quiet and serene, with misty clouds, like a fairyland. Next to it is the 【Magic Forest】, where you can get off and hike for about 30 minutes to experience the charm of the 【Berchtesgaden National Park】. 

☆12:00 Lunch 

☆13:00 Arrive at 【Königssee】

Queue to board the cruise. Königssee is a long and narrow beautiful lake formed by glacial erosion, resembling the fjord landscapes of Northern Europe. The lake water is crystal clear, and it is famous precisely for its clarity. The stop along the way is 【St. Bartholomew's Church】, this church by the lake is often referred to as the Red Dome Church, a landmark of Königssee. 

☆In winter, if the cruise is not operating, it will be changed to a self‑paid cable car ride up to 【JennerBahn】, at an altitude of 1874 metres. Overlooking Königssee from the mountaintop offers an excellent vantage point, and you can also see the entire Berchtesgaden. 

☆16:00 Return to Munich. 

☆18:00 Arrive in Munich, tour ends. (If the Königssee boat ticket time is in the morning, go to Königssee first for a leisurely and peaceful cruise, after lunch, head to Hintersee and the Magic Forest) 

Note: 

1. Please register in advance. Due to force majeure factors such as severe weather, the Königssee cruise may be cancelled.

2. Königssee suspends boat operations on 24.12. For this tour date, it will be changed to taking a cable car up Jenner to overlook Königssee. If you wish to book this tour date, please contact customer service to change the ticket type and price.

3. Vehicles are arranged according to the number of participants. If a 9‑seater or smaller car is dispatched, a Chinese‑speaking driver‑guide service will be provided.

4. The driver‑guide's normal working hours are 10 hours. Overtime fee is €50/hour (to be shared equally among tour participants). Please settle the fee with the driver‑guide voluntarily. According to the European regulations on passenger transport operation qualifications, working hours must not exceed 12 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

5. Each guest is requested to give the driver‑guide a gratuity of €4 per day in total.

6. Jenner (Round‑trip cable car €38/person) In winter, when the Königssee cruise is suspended due to severe weather or other reasons, it will be changed to take the cable car to overlook Königssee.
