Please present the e‑voucher

(1) For same‑day bookings, please book at least 3 hours before the selected pick‑up time;

(2) Please select the flight arrival date on the payment page. If the flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, please select 2 May;

(3) Considering traffic conditions, the pick‑up date and time you select must be at least 3 hours before the flight departure time. The supplier is not responsible if you miss your flight;

(4) The staff will hold a name card with the lead passenger's name;

(5) Free waiting time: The driver will wait for 60 minutes from the flight arrival time;

(6) If your arrival is delayed, please send an email/message to your driver to confirm if they are still available. Overtime charges will apply;

(7) Please wait at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pick‑up time;

(8) The driver will wait for a maximum of 40 minutes (no refund if you exceed this time);

(9) If you are not ready within 40 minutes of the scheduled pick‑up time, the driver will contact the hotel staff. If they still cannot reach you, the driver will leave and no refund will be given;
