(1) The change order fee is 20% of the ticket price plus a processing fee of P100 per trip; we will contact you within 24 hours after you submit your request to confirm the exact amount and payment method;

(2) If you need to change your itinerary due to events at the destination, during holidays or peak season, please book at least two weeks in advance, and seat arrangements are subject to availability;

(3) Verified rebooked tickets will be considered as open tickets, valid for use within 2 months after the original departure date, subject to seat availability;

The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time)

Please present a printed or mobile voucher sent by the operator via email, along with a valid photo ID
